Expectations for Supervisors

The participants go through the best content we have in the entire globe. But, as managers you also play an important role in developing our future professionals/leaders. Your responsibility is to train the participants off the job as well as on-the-job.

Expectations for Supervisors – Corporate Students

At the end of the TechnoFunc training courses, the participant needs to be operating at a level where they do not need constant supervision and can work independently. We request you to support the learning process by providing the participant with more responsibilities and greater challenges to take better advantage of the newly acquired skills and experience.

As the participant’s manager and leader, we look to you to:

  1. The participants should be nominated for their potential – what they can be – with the right guidance and leadership.
  2. Significant changes in performance and behavior should be communicated to and discussed with the training participant.
  3. Give the participant plenty of opportunities to stretch, develop and transfer the knowledge within the current assignment
  4. Give feedback and recognize change and development. Help the participants’ to learn and grow through experience. Act as their coach, guide, and teacher.
  5. The work environment, and particularly you as a leader, have a profound influence on whether learning is applied or scrapped.
  6. You need to balance accountability and support. We will provide you with innovative methods and technologies to ensure that the environment is conducive to optimizing learning results.
  7. Although the transfer of learning is an activity mainly driven by the participant we need your commitment to maximizing this transfer. Discuss the transfer of learning’s goals with the participants after each training week and track progress.
