Time and Resources:

During the course, you will have to attend online training sessions.  In addition, you will also be heavily involved in related projects and supplementary exercises to reinforce key learning's. Training pre-work:

Before each of the training courses, you may be asked to complete a list of pre-work activities for the training sessions. You will be responsible for bringing your work and experience to the course to ensure maximum impact.

Training post-work (Transfer of Learning):

You actively have to work on yourself to transfer the online learning’s to your daily work. As part of this process you have to continuously set yourself transfer- learning goals, discuss and agree on them with your supervisor.
