Banking Domain Student
By covering all the various areas of banking, Technofunc’s training taught me to view questions from different angles, brought new aspects and made me explore multiple alternatives while seeking a solution.
Leadership Skills Student
In my current role where I work closely on several projects with our local businesses, I appreciated everything that helped me to develop my soft skills. Leadership courses allowed me to understand myself better. I became more aware of both my strengths and development needs. I started to plan my career more consciously without waiting for things to happen. I ask people for feedback, as this is a good development tool.
Business Process Student
Apart from gaining additional knowledge, I got a broader view of how processes can be arranged. Communication with people from other functions (Risk, Marketing, etc.) can be done in a better way now using “their language”. Besides, it has added to my self-awareness. I think that defining common goals and common accountability for meeting such goals is something that needs to be part of how we do things
Team Leadership Student
Looking back to the start of Technofunc’s training Program I can see that yes, my collaboration and communication styles have changed. I have become surer in expressing myself, giving presentations, discussing strategic things, the situation in the world economy, etc. I feel very open to understanding and be involved in other functions processes, not only working within my current function. Communication with the senior management has become easier as first of all we were trained of how to present, how to manage both verbal and non-verbal communication and second of all the expectation of senior management has become clearer. I will introduce some changes concerning the communication within my Team, more coaching and leadership, rather than directing and mentoring.

Technofunc’s training let me know how my work can affect the work of others, how this huge mechanism, which we call Bank, works. Therefore I think I have changed my attitude to others work. It seems to me that I listen to people more attentively, trying to understand their needs and where it is possible to help them to achieve their goals, which in fact our common goals are. And as I mentioned before I try to organize my time and prioritize tasks differently in order to meet all deadlines but also to improve my weaknesses.

Although my working style has not been altered by the Technofunc’s training that much, I have started to adjust my communication style depending on the recipient. This has been driven by one of the Technofunc’s training classes, where we have learned about the 4 different people’s work & interaction styles. This knowledge reminded us, that not all of us are necessarily fond of Excel analysis or drawing maps in Visio, but there are various ways to efficiently communicate with each of these groups & also manage them if leading a project.
I feel more inspired and my leadership is more develop (in terms of feedback, providing information, strategy). I have a big picture and overview of best practices on the external market, I can better define my own strategy in line with global strategy. Better imagination about tools for leading the whole organization.
Team Leadership Student
I am now able to manage my team more effectively. My presentation skills were also improved. Even though Technofunc’s training 1-st wave has ended, I consider myself to be at the beginning. At the beginning of a personal development cycle, because learning must go on. My working style is, thus, going to be adapted according to this plan. Thanks to participation in Technofunc’s training I understood that the best way of improvement and growth is to ask questions and be curious for learning. Understanding that during my daily job I am not afraid of asking questions and trying to learn new things every day. What more I more opened for cooperation with others and take advantage of teamwork. As a result, I am definitely more confident in front of the senior management team during my daily job.
